My name is Rosey, and I am the new Case Manager for the Northern services. After completing my degree in psychology with counselling, I began as a support worker gaining experience in hospital settings and later a complex disability role. In my previous position as a team leader for an adolescent mental health service, I helped support with challenging behaviours and mental health needs aiming to increase therapeutic engagement and reduce the occurrence of incidents.

I feel passionately about improving the quality of life for the people we support and providing care that suits the individual so that they can be the best version of themselves with a high quality of life.

My name is Sarah and I am the new case manager for the Old Manse in Bristol. I came late in to working in health and social care. After over 20 years working as a nanny and with a young son, I felt it was time for a change. My first role was working with teenage girls who were victims of child sexual exploitation and from here I worked with adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting.
I then worked as a mental health support worker and in November I was invited to apply for the role of team leader at The Old Manse. I love to lead from the front and am passionate about best practice and to support individuals to live their best life.

My name is Steve. After two years with CJP Outreach as Service Manager for the South, during which I led the opening of The Old Manse provision in Bristol, I have moved into the role of Commissioning Manager, while continuing as Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead.\nAs the Commissioning Manager, I am responsible for driving the growth and long-term sustainability of CJP Outreach. This includes developing our supported living provision and enabling people with complex needs to live successfully in the community.\nMy role focuses on sourcing and assessing suitable properties, establishing effective referral pathways, and coordinating transition planning. I work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handovers and the sustainable delivery of our support packages.\nI have over 25 years\u2019 experience in health and social care, with extensive knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs. Throughout my career, I have developed, commissioned, and operated a wide range of services, as well as improved existing provisions.
