About CJP Outreach Services

Providing Care and Support since 2006, CJP Outreach Services are a CQC Outstanding rated provider.

As a privately owned business, we very much believe in the personal touch, with a “can do” attitude and we are pleased to have been involved in supporting many people to be able to live successfully in their own property and to be part of the local community.

Working across West Yorkshire, Blackpool, Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset, Devon, South Gloucestershire, Norfolk and Suffolk, we pride ourselves in working in partnership and working together to achieve outcomes.

  • We are a specialist support provider that supports individuals who supports a wide range of people including those who may have a learning disability and/or are on the autism spectrum and people who may require support with challenges around Mental Health
  • We provide a flexible, person-centred approach with a focus on supporting those who display significant behaviours of concern.
  • We offer a broad spectrum of flexible personalised care carried out by our multidisciplinary team.
  • At CJP Outreach Services, we don’t anticipate it will always be ‘smooth sailing’ with the people we are supporting.
  • The individuals we support may have experienced abuse, rejection, and trauma.
  • We also support individuals who may exhibit symptoms of post-traumatic stress, have experienced institutionalisation, and may have missed out on everyday processes of socialisation.
  • Experience tells us with the right skilled relationship-based support, and the opportunity to experience a rich and meaningful life, these individuals can have and be so much more.
  • Our service is bespoke and built around each individual we support, therefore we can ensure that we match the right skills and personalities, ensuring that we maintain a consistent approach
  • We have a range of specialist training deliver in-house, which includes PBS, NAPPI and Studio 3
