From the first meeting to the initiation of the service it has been so easy and straightforward. All the carers have treated my mum with respect and dignity. We have never used care services before but we are delighted that we have found everyone to be friendly, reliable and efficient. It’s quite a daunting thing having people come into your parent's home to care for them but they have taken the stress and anxiety out of the process. At the start of the service, one member of staff came and personally introduced each carer to my mum which was such a nice but important touch. The communication we have had with the carers has been great and they haven’t hesitated to get in touch with us if needed. My mum thinks they are all lovely and they are looking after her so well, so that for me is recommendation enough. It has been such a smooth journey and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJP Outreach Services Ltd for your care needs.

From the outset, the manager was empathetic, responsive and kind. This was a stressful time for us and her lovely manner helped us immensely. The care provided was only for a short time due to a change in circumstances, however, we found staff to be professional in raising any issues in a timely manner and responsive to Mum's care needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

I have had experience of a few care firms. Some have let me down badly. So far I have received absolutely superb care from CJP. They rescued me before Christmas when I had huge problems with no care. Robin stepped in and brought Katie and between them they solved all my problems. I am fairly tough but have considerable physical disabilities and was feeling desperate. Now I have very skilled, delightful, professional carers who never let me down and if necessary will go the extra mile. I am truly grateful for their input in my life which has resulted in the 'old me' returning! I was a deputy head in a secondary school and despite huge efforts from my family I felt my life was collapsing but CJP have rescued me.

Cjp started looking after my father in-law in January since they started he as started to talk to people again he wants to get out of bed again and is much happier all round All the staff are friendly and have the time to interact with him all I all he is very happy with all the staff at cjp
