Providing Care and Support since 2006, CJP Outreach Services are a CQC Outstanding rated provider.
As a privately owned business, we very much believe in the personal touch, with a “can do” attitude and we are pleased to have been involved in supporting many people to be able to live successfully in their own property and to be part of the local community.
Working across West Yorkshire, Blackpool, Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset, Devon, South Gloucestershire, Norfolk and Suffolk, we pride ourselves in working in partnership and working together to achieve outcomes.
CJP Outreach Services was created to fill a gap in the market, based in West Yorkshire, the original owner of CJP Outreach Services (Chris Pearson) was looking for a quality provision to support his brother, when this proved to be a challenge, Chris decided to set up CJP Outreach Services to provide that much needed support.
Folloiwng a CQC inspection, CJP Outreach Services was rated as Outstanding with the Care Quality Commission, recognising the amazing support that was been provided, along with the amazing feedback from families and the people CJP Outreach supported.
CJP Outreach Services continued to provide Outreach Support but did this via Zoom and Teams to support people and their families.
In 2021, Chris decided he wanted to fouc son other business matters and looked to pass on the company, but Chris only wanted to pass to people who would continue the amazing work, and retain the Outstanding rating that was in place, and in May 2021 CJP Outreach Services was acquired by Robin Sidebottom and Tom Hall.
On acquiring CJP Outreach Services, the business was reloacted to The Boathouse in Brighouse, allowing CJP Outreach Services to be able to provide training and support to the team.
Based on the Outstanding reputation that had been built, CJP Outreach Services were approached to work in the South West, supporting an individual who had been in hospital for over 20 years.
Following the success of supporting our first person in the South West, we were presented with the opportunity to support more people, and The Old Manse opened in October 2023 with the ability to support four people within their own front door properties in the Bristol area. Following the commencement of this service, CJP Outreach South was created with its own Manager and support network, based in the South West area
After been approach by an ICB in the East of England, we had the oppotunity to take on eight supported living properties in Sudbury (Lindsay Court). In October 2025, the first person moved in to Lindsay Court, and alongside this we created CJP Outreach Services East, with its own manager and support network, based in Norfolk/Suffolk.
In August 2025 we were inspected by CQC, and in November 2026 it was confirmed that we had not only retained our Outstanding rating, but that we had increased the number of Outstanding ratings form two to four, making CJP Outreach Services only one of sixty two providers nationally to hold four or more Outsanding ratings (from over 16,000 providers).
In February 2026 the second person moved in to Lindsay Court, with a further additional number of referrals for the remaining properties, in addition CJP Outreach Service started to deliver services in Norfolk, with the planned transition of an individual in April 2026.
CJP Outreach Services operates across three distinctive regions, North, South and East, supporting over 20 Complex individuals and remains an Outstanding CQC rated provider.
In May 2026, CJP Outreach Services celebrates 20 years of supporting people .
